There are some things we could use for our concession stands, a “supply list” similar to the lists
your children get from teachers about things they want for their classrooms for the year.
The following items are on our list – if you can help with any of these, feel free to drop them off Friday night
at our home side concession stand, or turn them in at the band hall and ask a director to put them in the “booster office”.
These can be new, or gently used but in good condition. Some of these items are replacing a few things that had finally
worn completely out after years of seasonal use. After the first few games, we may have some things to add to the list,
but in general, here is what we know for sure at this time that we need:
(4) 42-cup coffee urns (for coffee and water for hot chocolate)
(20) Dish towels (and no, one person doesn’t have to provide 20; that’s just how many we’re looking for)
(20) Dish rags (as above, with dish towels)
(4) 4-qt. crock pots (for melting cheese)
(4) Mr. Coffee (or similar) 12-cup coffeemakers
12-oz Styrofoam cups (for coffee and hot chocolate)
Napkins
Paper towels
Packets of mayo, mustard, and relish (usually packaged as a case)
Drum liners – 55-gallon clear trash bags in boxes of 40, available at Southaven Supply on Highway 51
(2) Cases of Sterno 6-hour chafing fuel (used for the hot box/warmer for cooked burgers/hot dogs, and pizzas)
