Pyware: The drill charts necessary for students to perform the show are available through a company called Pyware. 

Some students/parents experienced problems in downloading/printing these drill charts – I was one of them! 

I’ve contacted Pyware and we resolved the problem very quickly: the software version I had was not the most current. 

This was the case in spite of the fact that I had subscribed last year, re-subscribed this year, checked for updates, and received a “reinstallation code”. 

If when you open your Pyware software, it does not indicate that your version is “3.0.1”, you can do the following:

ACT: The calendar change may be beneficial to those students who wish to take the ACT before the December test date

(the October test date is our state championship competition in Clinton, so students can’t test on October 24). 

However, please note that the DEADLINE for registration for the ACT is Friday, AUGUST 7. 

Your student can pick up a packet of info in the Counselor’s office, or you can go online to www.actstudent.org
