for the program that includes many
different people
involved at many levels
- not one person doing 25 things -
We are asking for
volunteers in the following areas:
 |
Equipment - loading, unloading,
building, transporting what the band needs to perform (Doug Graham
coordinates these folks) |
|
Uniforms – measuring, inventory,
maintenance, etc. |
|
T-shirts – get show shirt orders
together, collect sizes, & distribute them upon arrival |
|
Banquet at the end of the year –
a celebration for grades 9-12, with a special recognition for seniors |
|
Concessions
|
|
Bus drivers – need more as our
program expands (we already take 5 buses when we travel) |
|
Color Guard – sewing, uniform
repairs, etc. |
|
New Members Packet – includes
info for freshman parents that is not in the handbook |
