Parents – We are actively seeking financial support from the local business community. Businesses respond better to "person to person" requests. If you know someone personally, or someone else who might be interested but do not wish to approach them, just get us their contact info and we'll take care of it. Most places need some sort of documentation to justify the sponsorship. Please e-mail Doug Graham at grahamd426@aol.com He will get you the type of documentation your sponsor needs.

Sandra has a vision for the program that includes many

different people involved at many levels

- not one person doing 25 things -

We are asking for volunteers in the following areas:

Equipment - loading, unloading, building, transporting what the band needs to perform (Doug Graham coordinates these folks)

Uniforms – measuring, inventory, maintenance, etc.

T-shirts – get show shirt orders together, collect sizes, & distribute them upon arrival

Banquet at the end of the year – a celebration for grades 9-12, with a special recognition for seniors

Concessions

Bus drivers – need more as our program expands (we already take 5 buses when we travel)

Color Guard – sewing, uniform repairs, etc.

New Members Packet – includes info for freshman parents that is not in the handbook
