Friday,
May 16:
A scrimmage game between
Southaven and Oxford will be held and we have been asked to open the
home concession stand. We are limiting the items sold, but still need
help. Game begins at 6PM. We were not notified about the game until
yesterday – thus the late notice requesting volunteers. We would like 6
general concession workers and 2 cooks (one to start cooking between
5-5:30). We have no idea of how many spectators to expect Friday
night.

Important Sponsorship Info
Parents
– We are actively seeking financial
support from the local business community. Please see
the request letter and the document outlining the different levels of
sponsorship in the "Sponsorships" section. Businesses
respond better to "person to person" requests. If you know
someone personally, or someone else who might be interested but do not
wish to approach them, just get us their contact info and we'll take
care of it. Most places
need some sort of documentation to justify
the sponsorship. If the
documentation mentioned above is not sufficient for a potential
sponsor, please e-mail Doug Graham at
